Tahara Jewelry: Digital Marketing Growth Strategy

The Situation

Tahara Jewelry is a family-owned business with four decades of reputation and zero digital footprint before this engagement. No website traffic, no e-commerce, no social presence — the business ran entirely on walk-in traffic and word-of-mouth. With average transactions over $4,000, every qualified lead mattered, and there was no way to capture demand beyond the physical store.

What I Built

SEO strategy focused on local and product-level keywords, with near-zero paid spend
Product pages written to convert, not just describe — the goal was customers arriving in-store already sold on a specific piece
Customer membership/loyalty program
Google Reviews strategy that compounded trust over time
Sales team training to use the website as a closing tool
Identified and opened a B2B pathway — positioning the brand's custom design and manufacturing capability for wholesale outreach

The Results

Within 18 months, customers were arriving in-store citing specific products from the website by name — direct evidence the digital presence was actively driving in-person sales, not just traffic.
~40% increase in sales
18 months: zero digital presence to a functioning multi-channel business
$4,000+ average transaction value
$0 paid spend for organic SEO traffic

Google Ads Evidence

Ranked above Brilliant Earth, Etsy, and Amazon in the same auctions — on a $10/day budget, which is genuinely rare at any spend level in the jewelry category. A 9.28% CTR against an industry average of 2–4% means the ad copy and targeting were doing significantly more work per dollar than typical competitors in this space.
