Description: Designed and installed a steam pressure reducing station as part of a cogeneration system at Monterrey Azucarera Lojana CA Malca. Using AutoCAD 2D and 3D, I developed detailed mechanical component and distribution system plans. Enhanced the design with Aspen HYSYS simulations to optimize process efficiency, achieving a 25% increase in steam and energy production.
Results: This project improved operational efficiency, reduced energy losses, and ensured compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
