I led the design of the new product experience from the design system, to the apps & website.
Some of my direct contributions included auditing & revamping the design system, user research, strategy workshops, and creating high fidelity designs.
Result
The result was a comprehensive experience across web and mobile that enabled the company expand into 12 new African countries, and 3x its pricing.
