What actually happens when a galactosyltransferase enzyme does its job?
UDP-Galactose enters the active site. The enzyme grips it. The galactose is cut from UDP and moved onto the target. One small handoff that happens billions of times inside every cell, and decides how a lot of biologic drugs behave.
What we made
A 3D molecular animation of the full pathway. The UDP-Galactose molecule approaching the active site, the enzyme binding and orienting it, the galactose moving onto the substrate, and UDP released as the byproduct.
Built at the molecular level, from enzyme binding to the final product, with labels so a scientist and an investor can follow the same shot.

If your molecule does something nobody has ever seen, we can show it. More work at https://cdistudio.io
