Brilo AI is an AI-powered phone agent platform that automates customer support calls for businesses across healthcare, finance, e-commerce, real estate, and more. They needed a website that communicates a complex product simply, builds trust fast, and drives signups and demo bookings.
I designed and built the entire website in Framer, from layout and visual direction through to a fully responsive, published site.
Brilo AI Hero Section
The Challenge
Brilo's product is technical (AI voice agents, call analytics, NLU models, integrations with 6,000+ apps), but their audience includes non-technical business owners who just want fewer missed calls and better customer service. The site had to bridge that gap: feel premium and credible to enterprise buyers, while staying clear and approachable for smaller teams.
My Approach
Structure first. I mapped out the page flow to move visitors from problem awareness to product understanding to action. The homepage alone covers 10+ sections: hero with live call demo, social proof logos, use case carousel, feature grid, call center stats, analytics breakdown, testimonials, FAQ, and CTA.
Typography and hierarchy. Clean type system with clear size/weight contrast to guide the eye. Section headers, subheads, and body text all have distinct roles so nothing competes for attention.
Component-based build. Every section was built with reusable Framer components: cards, badges, CTA blocks, feature tiles, testimonial cards. This makes future pages and updates fast to ship.
Responsive across all breakpoints. Desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts were designed and tested individually. Nothing is just "scaled down"; each breakpoint has intentional layout decisions.
