The client selected the independent contractor based on their expertise in research methodology, data analysis, and their ability to design and conduct experiments related to the topic of leadership.
The client's goals and needs for the project includes gaining a deeper understanding of how people form opinions about leaders and how these opinions affect their behavior and decision-making. They also wanted to identify factors that contribute to effective leadership and explore ways to improve leadership development programs.
