Customer Case Studies

I created the below case studies for a managed service provider (MSP) client. To ensure these case studies brought each unique story to life, I did the following:

I met with my client to learn more about his customers and their stories. 

Conducted one-on-one recorded interviews with each of his clients. 

I transcribed each video and leveraged the transcriptions as a base for each case study's written content.

I then edited each video to create short testimonial clips for social media and on my client's website.
