The architecture follows the natural slope of the site, combining expansive glass, natural stone, mineral surfaces, warm timber and water to create a refined Contemporary California Estate.

At the heart of the project is the Wellness Circuit™ — an architectural journey through heat, steam, cold water, recovery and garden — conceived as an integral part of the residence rather than a separate amenity. The visualization explores how architecture, landscape, light and wellness can come together to create a distinctive luxury experience.
