At the heart of Miami Design District, The Oasis™ reimagines the private members club as an urban retreat where architecture, culture, wellness and social life converge.
Conceived as an Urban Oasis, the project transforms the energy of Miami into a refined sequence of art, water, tropical landscape, hospitality and wellness — creating a destination designed not only to be seen, but to be experienced.
Cordeiro Studio™ approached the visualization as more than image-making. Through precise composition, materiality, natural light and visual storytelling, we translated the architectural concept into a compelling visual experience — communicating the atmosphere, identity and value embedded in the project.

The Central Social Garden™ forms the heart of this contemporary urban oasis in Miami Design District. A layered sequence of water, tropical vegetation, shaded terraces and social spaces creates a sense of movement, connection and calm within the city.
Cordeiro Studio translated this architectural vision into a photorealistic experience, carefully balancing composition, materiality, natural light and atmosphere. Our approach goes beyond creating an image — it is about communicating the identity, lifestyle and value embedded in the architecture.

The District Designer™ is a conceptual private members club and wellness & social house set in Miami Design District, Miami, Florida — a vibrant urban environment where art, fashion, hospitality and culture converge. Conceived as an “Urban Oasis”, the project transforms that energy into a refined sequence of water, vegetation, shade, wellness and social experiences.
Cordeiro Studio developed the visualization to express more than architecture: the atmosphere, lifestyle and value behind the concept. Through precise composition, materiality, natural light and visual storytelling, we turn architectural ideas into experiences designed to be understood, remembered and valued.

A private Mediterranean spa shaped by the meeting of stone, water, light and landscape. In this bathroom, continuous travertine surfaces, a sculptural freestanding bathtub and expansive glazing create a calm transition between the intimate interior and the Mallorcan coast.
Cordeiro Studio approached the visualization as an exercise in atmosphere and material precision — carefully balancing natural daylight, reflections, textures and the framed Mediterranean view to transform the space into an immersive wellness experience. The goal was not simply to visualize a bathroom, but to communicate a sense of place, material authenticity and quiet luxury.
