Fluent subscription management with Stripe.



Overview 💫

Leave Dates, a startup that launched in 2018. They created a Leave management system for small and medium-sized businesses that became the best number one choice for over 10k users every month.

Problem 💢

Few Leave Dates customers were frustrated with our billing page, citing issues such as a lack of support for direct bank transfers and some currencies. To address these concerns, Leave Dates' management decided to integrate with a third-party payment gateway, Stripe, which is a commonly used solution.

Solution 💡

With Stripe integration, we no longer need to display past invoices or billing details on our existing page, which customers can easily manage within the Stripe dashboard. So that we simplified providing subscription information and usage data, this streamlined approach has resolved payment issues and created a better user experience for our customers.



Takeaways 😇

Through this project, I was able to gain a lot of insight on what customers value in their billing details. When it comes to managing money or account details, security should be a given.
