Hampstead Nannies approached me through a word-of-mouth recommendation from another client of mine. They are a London-based nanny agency offering tailored and personal nanny discovery for clients.

Hanni (the founder of Hampstead Nannies) had previously attempted to use an off-the-shelf nanny management platform but had trouble adjusting her workflow due to the lack of customizability, hence the search for a more customized solution.

This project was of interest to me as the existing paper-based system laid out a framework for what information we needed to store within the nanny management platform. But from the start, Hanni stressed that the personal touch must not be lost during the transition to a digital platform.

Now, with my support and adaptations, Hampstead Nannies has moved to an almost entirely paperless solution designed by both of us and built by me, of course with reviews and revisions as we both better understood the challenges of moving to a fully digital system.
