LUNA is a next-generation Wellness & Biohacking brand. It moves away from the cold, clinical feel of traditional pharmacies and the ambiguity of esoterics, creating a new standard of trust.

My role

Designed a comprehensive e-commerce concept for LUNA, a fictional next-gen wellness brand. The objective was to bridge the gap between clinical precision and organic comfort, moving away from the sterile feel of traditional pharmacies. I focused on creating a "Organic Science" aesthetic and a seamless user journey, positioning the product as a premium lifestyle choice through visual storytelling and intuitive functionality.
UX Design: Structuring the product information architecture to organize complex ingredients and benefits clearly. Mapping a seamless user flow from emotional discovery to checkout, focusing on "Shop by Goal" navigation and subscription logic to encourage user retention.
UI Design: Crafting the "Organic Science" visual identity by blending clinical minimalism with natural textures (moss, glass, water). Developing a comprehensive design system (typography, color palette, UI kit) and designing high-fidelity, responsive interfaces that convey a premium "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic across all devices.

Project goal:

The primary goal was to transform a complex buying process into an intuitive journey. By balancing ingredient transparency with emotional comfort, the interface minimizes cognitive load, seamlessly guiding users from identifying a symptom to finding the perfect scientific solution.

What inspired this project:

Defined as "Organic Science," the visual language merges the precision of laboratory glass with raw textures of moss and water. This aesthetic mirrors the body’s natural rhythm—creating an experience that is calm, fluid, and absolutely clear.

Tasks:

Market differentiation. Stand out in a saturated supplement market by moving away from generic medical aesthetics.
Navigation complexity. Simplify the product selection process for users who don't know which supplement matches their specific biological needs.
Trust barrier. Overcome user skepticism regarding supplement efficacy and justify the premium price point.
Mobile experience. Address the high bounce rate on mobile devices by optimizing the interface for smaller screens.

Solutions:

"Quiet luxury" identity. Developed a visual language combining natural textures with minimalist layouts to create a premium brand feel.
"Shop by goal" flow. Designed an intuitive navigation system based on user needs (Sleep, Stress, Focus) rather than product names.
Data visualization. Created a "Transparent Science" module that visualizes complex ingredients and clinical results simply.
Adaptive ui system. Built a responsive, modular Design System that ensures seamless functionality across all device types.
