Overland Experts is a distributed training company, dedicated to educating the public, commercial, and military clients on how to safely drive in off-road scenarios. With locations in North Carolina, Connecticut, and Utah, their immersive classes present students with unique opportunities to learn how to adapt to any obstacle and how to respect the terrain while doing so.

In order to have a more robust website that's easier to edit on the fly, they decided to migrate from WordPress to Webflow and redesign the website to better showcase their product and services. The co-owners handled the copy/content - while I worked on the design and Webflow development.

Working closely with the co-owners, I was responsible for:

Building the site in Webflow: Re-designing ~25 static pages and dozens of CMS Collections in Figma with a detail-oriented, responsive, and SEO-oriented product.

Migrating all content away from WordPress: Including ~1,000+ articles, news, guides, and more.

Integrating their full marketing stack: Integrating external marketing and funnel tools, such as HubSpot forms, analytics, cookie consent, Zapier automations, and other essential tools.

Training the team: Empower the team to confidently manage and update the website in Webflow, while leaving the design work to me.

SEO performance: Ensuring optimized SEO strategies during and after the migration.
