AI-Powered Email Classification System

Designed and deployed a serverless AI-powered email classification system for an organization receiving 1000+ emails daily. Built Azure Functions to automate email ingestion and integrated the OpenAI GPT API for intelligent classification and urgency detection. Implemented routing logic to push high-priority emails directly to Outlook while categorizing non-urgent messages automatically. Result: Reduced manual review workload and improved response time for critical communications.
