Custom Machine Learning Model Deployment

Designed and trained a custom machine learning model from raw dataset to production deployment. Built preprocessing pipelines, performed feature engineering, and evaluated multiple algorithms using cross-validation and performance metrics (F1, ROC-AUC). Optimized hyperparameters and deployed via FastAPI for API-based inference. Delivered a scalable ML solution with reproducible training workflow and model monitoring.
