Your Role as a Lead Technical Designer:

As the lead technical designer at OROS Apparel, I played a pivotal role in ensuring that every product meets the brand's high standards for quality and functionality. My responsibilities include:

1. Product Development & Pattern Creation: Leading the development of patterns and prototypes, ensuring that each garment accurately reflects OROS's design vision and maintains consistent fit across various styles and sizes.

2. Technical Pack Management: Overseeing the creation and refinement of detailed tech packs, which serve as comprehensive blueprints that guide production teams in constructing each piece with precision.

3. Collaborative Design: Collaborating closely with the design and engineering teams to integrate innovative materials like SolarCore® insulation, optimizing garments for extreme weather performance without compromising comfort or movement.

4. Sample Testing & Quality Assurance: Supervising sample creation and conducting fitting sessions to identify improvements. Providing detailed feedback ensures each product delivers on the promise of lightweight warmth and functionality.

5. Production Support & Standards Enforcement: Supporting the production team to resolve any issues that arise, while maintaining strict quality standards that reinforce OROS’s reputation for reliability and innovation.
