Sign-up Form Optimisation For E-commerce Supplement Brand Leads to 22% Driven Purchase Rate
After identifying key bottlenecks in the brands growth funnel, we helped design a new sign-up form experience utilising Alia - a super flexible form building tool for Shopify.
Key Goals:
Collect ZPD (zero party data) to inform marketing efforts and Ideal customer profiles and enable personalisation of email flows

Strategy:
After analysis, we identified four key purchasing reasons for the product which informed the ZPD approach. Next we:
Designed custom layouts for Mobile and Desktop to ensure a smooth viewing experience on all devices, making use of negative space to draw focus to the user action
Utilised a full-screen pop-up to reduce distractions and direct the users attention while also delaying the close button by 2 seconds.
Used a 3-step sign up form that leverages micro-commitments to gather the key buying reasons without harming the sign-up rate.
Step 1 of the sign-up form collects Zero-party data about users purchasing intent
Step 2 of the sign-up form collects the users email address
Step 3 of the sign-up form gives the user a unique discount code and auto-applies it to cart to streamline the ordering process

165% increase in opt-in rate versus the previous Klaviyo sign-up form
