Project Description:

I was privileged to work with Veneiss, a renowned local art gallery based in Oregon, to design a mobile application exclusively for their members. This first-of-its-kind project aimed to bring Veneiss's rich art collection to the fingertips of its members, allowing them to access new collections, reserve spots at events, and leverage curated guides, all through a seamless mobile interface.

An extensive user research and prototyping phase formed the cornerstone of the design process, ensuring the final product was grounded in user needs and expectations. The final design was a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality, with an emphasis on simplicity to allow the gallery's diverse artwork to shine through.

The Veneiss mobile app was a unique UI design solution that primarily focused on creating a subtle yet effective color palette to augment the gallery's diverse art styles. The color palette was carefully chosen to put the spotlight on the artworks, with judicious use of accent colors to highlight key user interactions. An intuitive interface was crafted, emphasizing an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious user experience. This solution was achieved through careful user research, iterative prototyping, and a user-centric design approach. The result was a visually engaging, intuitive application that provided Veneiss members with an immersive, easy-to-navigate platform to explore and interact with the art world. This was instrumental in enhancing user engagement, facilitating event bookings, and creating an inclusive community of art enthusiasts.
