For this project, I worked in collaboration with a local nonprofit called Growing Gardens and the American Marketing Association of Portland along with a small team of dedicated marketers, writers, and content strategists. We worked on revising the communication and written content on Growing Gardens' website so that it matches their long term vision. We held strategy meetings with its founders and revised their long term brand strategy and provided suggestions and specific ways they can implement our suggestions. I was in charge of copywriting/copyediting the information that was current on their website, much of which was outdated. Working with WordPress, I reorganized the content to make it more search friendly and easier to understand, as many of the people they help do not speak English as their first language.
