5 Panel / Camper Hat Design

This hat was designed from scratch for Dataset Clothing, starting in CLO 3D where I lay out all panels and select fabrics digitally to get an accurate representation of the final product before anything goes to production. The design is built around a black ripstop nylon shell with a clean, minimal profile.
A white katakana label on the back reads "Dataset, Wearable Systems Designed for Audio Performance," with an embroidered "Dataset CO" below it for detail. A branded label sits on the inside headband, a finishing touch I include on all Dataset headwear.
Once all embellishments including labels, embroidery, closure hardware, and eyelets are finalized, the hat is handed off to the manufacturer with a detailed tech pack. The macro photography in this case study highlights the quality of finish on the final piece.
