Problem Statement 👀

Every month, the company gives rewards to its employees, such as physical vouchers, to recognize and appreciate their efforts, achievements, and contributions. By acknowledging their hard work, companies can boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall motivation.
However, using physical vouchers can be inefficient for both parties. Therefore, companies need a solution that benefits both sides.

Solution 🗝

Create a mobile web application that rewards employees for their efforts, achievements, and contributions in an efficient manner. Additionally, ensure that the digital rewards provide a better experience for employees when they use them.

Insights 👀

During our in-depth interviews with management and some employees within the company, we gained valuable insights. As a management company, distributing, handling, and managing physical vouchers for employee rewards was deemed inconvenient and inefficient. Additionally, employees voiced concerns about the drawbacks of physical vouchers, such as the risk of loss, damage, expiry, and misplacement, as well as limited choices, inconvenience, restricted usability, lack of privacy, and the absence of electronic management. As a result, there is a preference for digital voucher rewards or alternative reward options that offer greater flexibility and convenience.

User Persona

Lisa is a driven and goal-oriented sales representative working for a retail company. She thrives on meeting targets and values recognition for her hard work. With a desire to earn rewards for her achievements, Lisa looks for a user-friendly digital voucher rewards app that enables her to view available rewards, and conveniently redeem them. She appreciates a seamless experience that allows her to indulge in items she desires as a result of her efforts.

User Journey Map

To helps understand and analyze the end-to-end experience of a user, I created a user journey. A user journey map is a visual representation that outlines the steps and interactions a user goes through while engaging with a product, service, or application.

Wireframe

Wireframes are essential in early-stage design, helping to validate and iterate on the structure and usability of an interface before adding visual design details.
