Problem Statement 👀
The company employs many sales canvassers to distribute their products, such as electronic parts and communications equipment. However, managing and recording interactions with sales agents and customers can be frustrating for these canvassers. They often feel like they are wasting time when updating their job activities, as it requires too much effort.
Solution 🗝
Develop an application to assist sales canvassers in managing, recording, and updating all job activities while interacting with sales agents and customers in an efficient manner.

We gained insights from sales canvassers through in-depth interviews. Here are their needs:
All the activities that salespeople perform can be summarized digitally, allowing them to focus on increasing sales.
The sales activities to be summarized include store check-ins, new store registrations, sales inventory, and returns of unsold inventory.
User Persona
Personas bring clarity to the user's mindset, allowing us to understand user expectations, anticipate their needs, and create tailored experiences that address their specific pain points.
User Journey Map
I created a user journey map to illustrate the difficulties that many people face when transitioning in life and attempting to form new habits. This map provides a visual representation of the challenges that individuals encounter during this process.
Wireframe
The process below starts with my initial idea wireframes, moves on to mockups, and finally results in a high-fidelity prototype. This simplified version shows how my approach addresses the user's needs.
