Development of Share Stake Mobile App

Share Stake, a modern real estate investment platform, empowers users to invest in fractional ownership of properties, making real estate accessible and transparent. To launch a robust and scalable mobile application, Rangesh brought me on board as a freelancer to design and develop the app in FlutterFlow, ensuring a smooth, consistent experience across Android and iOS. |Development Journey|

The project focused on building Share Stake’s mobile application from the ground up using Flutter. I collaborated with Rangesh to understand the platform’s vision—allowing users to browse available properties, analyze investment opportunities, track earnings, and manage their portfolios in real time.

Key features like secure authentication, property listings with detailed insights, investment workflows, and performance dashboards were carefully implemented to provide users with confidence and clarity in their investments. Leveraging Flutter’s capabilities, I ensured the app delivered a high-performing, responsive, and visually engaging experience. Platform-specific optimizations were applied so that users on both Android and iOS felt at home with a native-like interface.

Working closely with Rangesh, I maintained an agile approach—sharing prototypes, incorporating feedback, and refining designs to align with Share Stake’s brand identity. Regular communication kept the project transparent and adaptive, enabling us to deliver a solution that met both business goals and user expectations.

The final FlutterFlow-powered Share Stake app provides a unified, scalable codebase that accelerates feature updates and reduces maintenance overhead. Investors benefit from a streamlined, intuitive experience, while the Share Stake team now has the agility to enhance and scale the app as their platform grows.
