Revv, a leading car rental platform in India, provides users with flexible car rental services. To enhance their mobile application’s scalability and streamline development, Revv sought to migrate their native app to Flutter, allowing for a unified codebase for both Android and iOS platforms. This would enable faster updates, consistent UI/UX, and reduced maintenance efforts. I joined Revv as a freelancer to handle this migration.

Development Journey: The project involved a complete migration of Revv’s native Android and iOS applications to Flutter. I worked closely with the Revv team to understand the intricacies of their existing app structure and user flows, ensuring that no features were compromised in the migration process.

Building the app in Flutter required optimizing the codebase for performance while preserving the functionality of the native apps, from user authentication to booking and payment features.
