Visual Essays - Poster Collection

   This collection is a study of how graphics convey states, meanings and visual images.

The works are not united by a single plot canon, but form a common integral language

through mixed techniques: a combination of digital drawing, real paper textures, magazine

collage and naive illustration. Each work is a separate conceptual and visual experiment. 

Here, the absurdity of everyday rules (Bonnes Manières) coexists with the mysterious figure

of the Commivoyager, and the studies of the phenomenon of the house (The Poetics of Space, House) intersect with a pure graphic form (CHAINS). The central place is occupied by the work Повисели и хватит - the first teaser of the future series about the living of real, vulnerable feelings inside the ironic and "fabricated" collage world.

Bonnes Manières: Absurdity in Routine. Study of the absurdity of etiquette and habitual rules of behavior through a surreal everyday plot.

Коммивояжёр​​​​​​​: The Mysterious Merchant. A mysterious and slightly comical character; the image of a seller hiding his creepy goods in a cloak.

Повисели и хватит: Real Emotions in a Fake World. Teaser of a separate project. An attempt to combine genuine human vulnerability with grotesque, "false" collage aesthetics.

CHAINS: A graphic experiment with typography, strict rhythms and textured contrasts, where the text becomes a physical object

Дом & The Poetics of Space: Two-part series-research. An attempt to understand what a "house" is - from the metaphysical space of poetics to the visual metaphor of rootedness and wanderings.
