MyHomie - AI Smart-Matching Property

MyHomie - AI Smart-Matching Property Concierge (Malaysia) Solo built MyHomie end-to-end — a Malaysian property platform that uses AI to automatically match buyers, sellers, landlords and renters based on 8 matching criteria including budget, location, property type and timing.

Built the full system without a development team:

- Rule-based AI matching engine across 4 user types. - Airtable backend with automated match scoring and ranking. - Softr frontend for agent facing complete match to follow up. - Elementor frontend with integrated lead capture forms. - Automated workflows triggering top 5 match assignments on entry. - Facebook Ads funnel driving targeted landlord and buyer traffic.

This was a zero-to-one build. Product concept, system architecture, automation logic and go-to-market all executed solo.

What this demonstrates: I can take a business problem, design the logic behind it, build the automation that powers it and ship it as a working product without a team.
