I designed and built a dynamic Excel procurement dashboard using 720 synthetic purchase records. Users can filter the report by date, region, category, and supplier, while all KPIs, charts, and transaction details update automatically.

The dashboard tracks total spend, budget savings, purchase-order volume, on-time delivery, quality performance, and average lead time. It also includes a dynamically filtered transaction view, supplier and product master data, performance comparisons, and formula-driven analysis tables.

This project demonstrates my ability to transform complex business data into a clear, interactive, and reusable Excel management system for faster procurement decisions.
