Slimming Grace Academy is an online education platform targeting both healthcare providers and patients. The site offers a variety of provider-oriented training (e.g. hormone therapy, contraception, vitamin D therapy, compliance & license protection) as well as patient-facing wellness and weight-management courses.
The goal for this project was to create a seamless, compelling, on-brand digital experience that delivers the Academy’s dual purpose: empowering providers with practical, evidence-based skills — and enabling patients to take control of their wellness journeys.

Objectives

Build a clean, professional, and trustworthy online presence that reflects the medical / wellness focus of the Academy.
Present a clear bifurcation between “Provider Courses” and “Patient Courses,” so each audience reliably finds the right offering.
Facilitate smooth user journeys from discovery → course selection → checkout/enrollment.
Provide rich, value-driven copy and content that communicates the real-world practicality and benefits of the courses.
Include lead-capture (email list / free guide / free trial) to nurture visitors who aren’t yet ready to purchase.

Our Approach

We approached the project with a dual-audience mindset: providers (clinicians, practitioners) and patients (wellness seekers). Each section is tailored in tone and content to speak directly to its audience: clinical, no-fluff, evidence-driven for providers; empathetic, empowering, outcome-focused for patients.
We organized courses into clearly defined categories (Provider Courses vs. Patient Courses) so visitors immediately understand where they belong. The design emphasizes clarity, trustworthiness, and ease of navigation — crucial for a health-related brand.
Lead-capture mechanisms (newsletter, free guides, free trial) are embedded throughout, reducing friction for visitors exploring options before committing.
