PlusKotas is a two-sided platform that connects pet owners with veterinarians through real-time video appointments. The mobile app serves pet owners; the desktop version is built for vets. The platform handles payments end-to-end, charging pet owners for each session and paying out to veterinarians.

The app was also designed with LiquidGlass compatibility in mind, keeping it aligned with the latest interface paradigms.

I owned the full UX/UI process across both sides of the product:

Mapped out all user flows for pet owners and veterinarians

Built a small, purpose-built design system to keep both platforms consistent

Designed every interface across mobile and desktop

Built interactive prototypes for usability testing with real users

Iterated on designs based on direct user feedback and testing insights

PlusKotas launched recently and early adoption has been strong.
