High-Level Overview

Product Design and Strategy Role
Concept to v 1.0 MVP launch and first major product feature design strategy and v 1.1 update for an early stage startup's mobile application. Go-to-market strategy, brand identity development, foundational marketing setup, product marketing strategic consulting, design system / style guide implementation (using Atomic Design methodology), QA of alpha launch and communication with development team leading to product launch, feature development and product research, new feature design, feature specification and technical requirements for cross-functional collaboration with development team, lead usability and accessibility for cross-device best-practices following standardized usability heuristic evaluation and mobile interaction design best-practices, lead direction of user communication through facilitation of brand identity and product strategy workshops.
Process
Incorporating methodologies that plan for scale, co-design, and cross-functional collaboration rooted in an overall non-linear and iterative, user-driven design process, incorporating product and user research, rapid prototyping, user testing, business-informed and user-driven design, and a beta testing program for new features and product updates.
