GTM for UniAcco

Problem statement
ASL the holding company of UniCreds, UniScholarz and UniAcco, intends to consolidate it's offerings and build an end to end experience for students planning to study abroad.
The three entities are :
1. UniScholarz: Assists in course discovery, exam & visa process
2. UniCreds : Education loan marketplace
3. UniAcco: Facilitates accomodation to students across the globe
The idea of the GTM is how to best integrate the three services, position and cross-sell the other two services.
