Hired to do email marketing for Nuts.com, a legacy brand that had recently completed a rebrand prior to my start date. As a legacy brand they had millions of customers and were a habit destination for many seeking to purchase dried goods and snacks for their home pantry. But their systems weren't set up or optimized to take full advantage. They were on Mailchimp initially though they had outgrown the platform. Moved them to Iterable and helped the company become more data-driven with personalization and segmentation. Also improved their email design to be more engaging, responsive, and accurately land in all inboxes.
