with the software architect that would handle the demand letter from start to
end of the process.
· Analyzed the scope and designed the as-is
and to-be situation using different business analysis techniques such as turtle
diagram, SIPOC, BPMN, domain modelling and use case modelling.
· Created Epics and Stories functional
& non-functional requirements that were derived from the use case and
domain model diagram.
· Validated newly developed features on
Azure DevOps during each sprint.
· Managed the sprint board by using the
story mapping technique to facilitate and prioritize the development work.
