Supermarket Email Campaigns that exceeded industry open rates.
Leveraged Mailchimp to deliver an industry-leading email campaign to a database that started at 19K and grew to 26K in three years for supermarket brand, Tru Valu Supermarkets, based in Trinidad and Tobago.
Average open rates were above the 2-5% industry standard for supermarkets, instead coming in at 20% with a high of 60%. Content was optimised and segmented to unique customer groups for maximum impact and optimised with SEO tools for publishing as needed elsewhere.
