Fundación Repsol needed to inspire a new generation of changemakers by accelerating sustainable solutions in a collaborative and high-energy environment. The goal: connect innovation with impact, leveraging AI and teamwork to tackle real-world challenges.

We designed and facilitated Innovarse, a two-day innovation workshop in Madrid with Fundación Repsol. The experience began with an inspiring talk on innovation, followed by dynamic group activities focused on creating sustainable solutions with real-world impact.

Using cutting-edge AI tools like Fermat, participants validated their ideas, built user personas, and visualized concepts in seconds. The Ideafoster team provided strategic support throughout the workshop, helping teams refine and prototype their projects effectively

We closed the experience with pitch training sessions and a final showcase of 25 ideas, from which 5 winning solutions emerged. The workshop combined creativity, collaboration, and tech to activate Repsol’s commitment to sustainability through innovation.
