A B2B company needed to centralize customer data scattered across multiple sources, build a trustworthy 360° view of accounts and contact points, and make that data directly usable for marketing and sales prioritization. I designed and delivered the Customer Data Platform (CDP) end-to-end.
What I did
Ingested and centralized multiple source systems into a data warehouse, with normalization and quality controls
Built a layered transformation architecture (staging, intermediate, production), industrialized with orchestration and documentation
Designed a Customer 360 model reconciling account-level and site/contact-level entities
Built automated, multi-level RFM segmentation with simple, business-friendly categories
Delivered ready-to-use tables plus exports and dashboards for marketing and sales teams
Outcome
A unified, maintainable customer database with reliable indicators and a segmentation model that helps prioritize accounts, target actions more precisely, and detect disengagement signals earlier.
