This project dives into building ‘‘Rooted’’, a high-end vegan bistro in Ahmedabad, India. Rooted aims to be more than just a restaurant - it’s destination for young adults and environmentally conscious individuals. Here I have created a brand experience focused on delicious plant-based cuisine and sustainability, attracting a new generation of diners to Ahmedabad’s culinary scene.

Ahmedabad, a city known for its vibrant vegetarian scene, lacks dedicated vegan options, particularly in the high-end dining space. This creates a gap for young adults, young professionals, and the Gen Z population who are increasingly interested in plant-based lifestyles and environmentally conscious dining experiences.
