Young & Genius Playschool Rebranding

The Brief
Young & Genius, a well-established playgroup and nursery, sought to rebrand and reposition itself as the leading premium playschool in the district. The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflected the school's commitment to quality early childhood education while incorporating the term "playschool" into the logo.
My Role
As the graphic and content designer, I played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Young & Genius brand. I was responsible for creating a visually appealing and memorable logo that incorporated the "playschool" element. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive brand style guide to ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials.
The Process
Inspired by the concept of a playschool as a second home, I created a geometric logo mark resembling a school building. This shape was further enhanced with four vibrant colors: red for strength, yellow for creativity, blue for trust, and green for growth. These colors not only make the logo visually appealing but also symbolize the core values the playschool aims to instill in young children.
To ensure consistent brand application, I developed a comprehensive brand style guide that outlined the brand's colors, typography, and visual language. This guide also helped in creating a range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, that aligned with the new brand identity and effectively communicated the school's unique selling points.
