SaaS businesses use the audio widget to host audio rooms right from their website.Rooms can be used to host podcasts, promote new feature launches, invite people for fire-side audio discussions, offer 1:1 customer service, etc.
eCommerce businesses can use them to promote products, launch campaigns, run audio rooms surrounding specific content, etc. Businesses can manage the audio rooms using the web application.
