Overview 🔎

With this brand, I fulfilled the roles of social media manager, data analyst, paid ads manager and virtual assistant. I was responsible for scheduling posts and collecting, analysing and reporting on data. I was also responsible for scheduling ad campaigns and managing data from said ads, analysing the data collected and preparing a monthly report on the performance of ads and social media pages.

Problem & Solution 🤝

The problem was that the brand had a new location in Hong Kong and therefore needed to create brand awareness, establish audiences, reach even larger audiences and gain conversions, including on-site visits.
I helped them increase their reach, audiences and engagement through social media management and ad strategies.

Process 🛣

Developing a social media plan for scheduling, content and engagement practices was among the strategies used. Ad campaigns were also regularly undergone in an effort to increase brand awareness.

Results 🎁

At the end of the project, the account had grown from 200+ followers to 800+ followers with an increase in brand awareness evidenced by on-site visits and an increase in account engagements. The ad campaigns had also been successful as each campaign goal was met and at times exceeded. For example; a new flavour was launched and with an ad campaign's goal of selling out on-site on launch day, this goal was met.

Takeaways 📣

With this project, my knowledge of brand awareness strategies such as ad campaigns significantly increased as did my social media management, data collection, analysis and reporting skills.
