The Concept
The opening chapter of a black-and-white music video trilogy for independent artist Kesmo's track "Hans Toppable," introducing a raw street narrative centered around an underground fight.
The Role
Co-conceived the concept with the artist and executed the entire production solo, managing cinematography, editing, and color grading.
The Vision
Designed as a continuous single-take walk, the video follows the artist navigating gritty streets on his way to a Fight Club-style underground ring.
To reflect his unstoppable confidence against the competition, we leaned into a raw black-and-white aesthetic, inserting sporadic pops of color during interactions with side characters to represent brief returns to reality.
