Built a signal-driven outreach system

Built a signal-driven outreach system for a Houston CRE advisory firm targeting active Sun Belt sponsors. We mapped live deals, identified and enriched sponsor contacts, tied outreach to real transaction timing, and routed replies with deal context. Result - 412 sponsor conversations, 24 exclusive mandates won, $462M in total pipeline, and 2.9x outreach-to-call lift.
