Comprehensive User Needs: Users needed more than just insurance; they desired features like food safety insurance and access to a robust food community, which we identified as an opportunity to enhance user retention and satisfaction.
Fragmented Insurance Hassles: Users struggled to secure suitable and timely insurance for their kitchen spaces from various external providers, leading to missed bookings, user dissatisfaction, and lost revenue.
Competition Gap: Our competitors lacked this insurance feature, leaving users searching for insurance elsewhere, creating a disjointed user experience.
Legal Complexity: Offering insurance on the platform involved navigating complex legalities, making the implementation challenging and requiring a seamless user experience.
