Overview 🔎
As a student I was directly involved in a sales project. I was working on that project since Febuary this year until September. It was a small project of 6 involved people and the main thing was knowing as much information as possible to sell a specific service available in some parts of Croatia. Transcom is an official partner with Telemach Croatia in this particular project. Specifically we were selling optical fiber, with a landline and TV service.
Problem & Solution 🤝
I solved everyday problems including the service, technical problems for customers around the country.
Goals/Requirements: The goal was maximizing the growth of optical network that was never available in certain areas of the country. • First goal was a day of minimum 1 sale. • Second goal was building a community that trusts our service. • Third goal was achieving a team goal for a day which resulted in some kind of benefits.
Process 🛣
Talking with customers and understanding their point of view helped equally as everyday meetings about same communication with them and being able to solve the majority of those problems was something incredible to do. Learning about the technical sides of what I was selling and being able to achieve goals.
Results 🎁
Everyday sales brought a growth in satisfied customers lead to a even bigger growth of optical fiber in a whole nation. Huge success from this project to my personal achievement with no prior experience.

A small group of motivated people can do much more than a big group of not interested workers. "🗣
