About: This client helps law firms grow their businesses by addressing core intake issues Industry: Legal & Intake Optimization Challenge: The client needed to optimize lead management across multiple law firms, each using different lead management software, to streamline and improve communication analysis.

Problem Statement

The client faced significant inefficiencies due to the need to manually access lead communication data from various lead management systems. Each firm used different software, which made it time-consuming and difficult to gather and analyze the data for actionable insights. The client required a unified platform that could aggregate data from multiple sources for seamless access and analysis.

Solution Delivered

I developed an internal tool that consolidated lead communication data from various lead management software into a single platform. The solution included:

Data Aggregation:

Built integration points to gather lead communication records from each firm’s lead management system using custom API connectors.

User-Friendly Interface:

Designed a simple, intuitive interface using Retool to display the collected data in a way that was easy for the client to analyze.

Automation:

Utilized Pipedream and Node.js to automate the data collection and ensure real-time synchronization with minimal manual intervention.

Data Storage:

Stored the aggregated lead data in a Key-Value data store, providing fast access and ensuring easy data retrieval for analysis.
