Conversation Flow: Utilizes a visual builder to design seamless conversation flows, ensuring intuitive customer interactions.
Dynamic Interactions: Leverages interactive cards and nodes to enable dynamic interactions, enhancing customer engagement and experience.
AI Capabilities: Integrates NLU and knowledge base capabilities to understand and respond to natural language, providing accurate support and answers to customer queries.
Knowledge Base: Includes a comprehensive knowledge base with brand details, food specifications, prices, location, contact details, menu list, delivery, orders, and refund information, as well as small talks and chit-chat capabilities.
Personalization: Collects user details such as first and last name, email, and phone number using JSON syntax to create variables that’d be used to personalize their experience and populate a CRM table in BotPress Studio.
Language Selection: Enables users to select their preferred language at the first interaction, ensuring a more personalized experience.
Multi-Platform Integration: Integrated with Telegram and WhatsApp, allowing customers to interact with the bot on different platforms.
Escalation: Escalates conversations to a real human when needed, ensuring timely and effective support.
Automation: Integrates with automation tools like Make (Integromat) to create webhooks and automate workflows, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
