Cutline is a self-initiated concept for a freight-dispatch exceptions desk. The screen is organised around one question: how much time is left before a pickup or delivery window closes?
The brand, loads, carriers and amounts are all invented. It is not based on any client work.
How I approached it
I started from one constraint: a dispatcher has minutes, not hours. So the queue is ordered by time to cutline first and dollars at risk second, and every option shows its net effect on the whole plan, not only on the late load.
What I would measure
No results yet. These are hypotheses I would test in a replayed shift with a baseline queue.
Showing net exposure on every option shortens time to confirm.
Ordering by time to cutline reduces missed cutlines compared with ordering by dollar value.
Showing source age reduces undo after confirm.
Participants and baseline to be defined.

Self-initiated concept: a freight dispatch desk that sorts every exception by time to cutline and shows the cost of each option before you confirm.
