For the upcoming Dia da Mulher (Women’s Day) event in a small village in Portugal, the goal was to raise funds to improve the local community building — including infrastructure upgrades, accessibility, and event spaces. The organizers needed an engaging way to attract attendees and communicate the purpose of the event beyond just selling tickets.
Challenge
The challenge was twofold: 1. Limited reach: Traditional promotion relied on posters around the village, which restricted visibility. 2. Maximizing attendance & funds: The event needed to sell tickets ahead of time to ensure organizers could plan the logistics effectively and guarantee fundraising goals.
Our Role
At Graceful Studio, we handled the entire creative and promotional strategy: • Designed the event poster to attract local attention. • Developed a social media promotion campaign targeting the village audience, highlighting both the celebration and the charitable cause. • Created messaging that combined community involvement, purpose, and entertainment, making people feel part of something meaningful.
