At StubHub, I led the complete redesign of the point of sale (POS) system, building a scalable command center for ticket operations across enterprise partners like the Premier League and TikTok. In addition to this core work, I supported consumer research and loyalty concept exploration, contributing insights that informed new ticketing and engagement initiatives.
METHODS • Conducted workflow analysis and stakeholder interviews to map POS pain points. • Designed predictive pricing tools, automated workflows, and modular systems to streamline ticket ops. • Ran consumer usability tests on early concepts for loyalty and pre-sale products, informing future engagement strategies. • Presented design recommendations and prototypes to senior leadership for alignment.
