When a founder hands a brief to a developer, missing user journeys, scope decisions and acceptance criteria can leave the team guessing. I built PRD Generator to make that handoff structured and reviewable.
My role & solution
My role: product workflow design and AI skill authoring. I created a reusable package that turns a business brief or Feishu BRD into a consistent PRD, with setup instructions for OpenCode, Cursor and prompt-based workflows.
What the team receives
Input: a product brief or BRD. Output: background and personas; objectives and KPIs; prioritized features; user journeys; milestones; technical and security considerations; and a risk review. The repository includes the prompt, template rules and usage instructions so a team can inspect the process.
Value for a product team
The deliverable is a repeatable requirements workflow with a defined document structure, rather than an open-ended chat response. It gives a founder and developer a common starting point for scope review, estimation and acceptance criteria.
Proof & project context
Independent public project. The linked GitHub repository contains the implementation, document structure and setup instructions. A team can review the source and adapt the workflow to its product process. Stakeholder review is part of the handoff before requirements move into implementation.
Planning an MVP or preparing a developer handoff? Send your brief, target user and launch constraint. I can help turn them into prioritized scope, user journeys and an actionable PRD, starting with one agreed milestone.

A reusable AI workflow that turns business briefs into structured PRDs: prioritized scope, user journeys, acceptance criteria and implementation considerations.
